Defer Your Project Cost with 0% Interest Financing
As a PSE&G customer, you may be eligible for up to $25,000 in interest-free, on-bill repayment to help defer the costs of purchasing and installing high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment. If your project contains building decarbonization measures, you could qualify for an additional $50,000 in interest-free, on-bill repayment.
Here’s how it works:
- All on-bill repayment options are interest-free (0%) with a repayment term of 84 months. Income-qualified customers are eligible for a repayment term of 120 months on project costs greater than $10,000.
- PSE&G does not perform credit checks or contact any credit bureaus to gauge your eligibility for on-bill repayment.
- All payment agreements are between PSE&G and eligible customers and must be signed by the PSE&G account holder.
- Goodwin verifies your eligibility with PSE&G and enrolls you in the program you just sign the agreement.
Additional Savings for Income-Qualified Customers
PSE&G residential customers with low to moderate incomes could be eligible for an additional incentive of $300 per eligible measure when participating in the HVAC Instant Rebates Program. Ask us whether you qualify when we assess your project.

- Air-Source Heat Pumps: up to $600 for cold climate models
- Gas Boilers and Furnaces: up to $600 for high-efficiency gas boilers and $540 for gas furnaces replacing non-condensing units

- Gas Combi Heat systems: up to $1,050 for top-tier efficiency models
Building Decarbonization Rebates — Go Further, Save More
For customers interested in reducing their home’s carbon footprint, Goodwin can help you take advantage of PSE&G’s building decarbonization incentives. Customers who remove or disable their old fossil fuel heating system and replace it with a Cold Climate Air-Source Heat Pump may qualify for a rebate of the lesser of $10,000 or 50% of the project cost, with additional rebates available for decommissioning (up to $2,000) and re-ducting work (up to $2,000).
